The works in this series are born from fragments taken from the Studies of
movement. When a gesture does not find its balance in its
first composition, some of its pieces are cut,
moved and reassembled to bring forth a new work.
Fragments of Movement thus explores the possibility of transformation:
what seemed unfinished reveals itself as carrying other forms, as if the
movement, even fragmented, continued to live and reinvent itself.
